There is a disabled vehicle on Hwy 278 on the Hilton Head Bridge. The EB left lane is blocked. 
Law Enforcement is on scene and wreckers are enroute, however traffic is moving very slowly. Also, an accident in the clearing stages is also creating congestion at the bottom of the second bridge going on island. Use caution in these areas.
