For safety and welfare, the Dolores/Norwood Road will be closed to motorized vehicles (on-snow vehicles excepted) until further notice. 
The Dolores County Sheriff's Office advises you of the closure of the Dolores/Norwood Road in Dolores County due to a winter road conditions. This is in response to numerous, multiple missions to rescue motorists stuck and stranded in Dolores County. This is being done to protect the health, safety and welfare of county residents and visitors to Dolores county. This closure does not affect on-snow vehicles. Winter recreation is always allowed.
