71-year old Jay Bolton was reported missing by his roommate and caretaker who said he left their residence in the central area of Daly City at about 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, 01-02-2020. Mr. Bolton has not been heard from or seen since by his roommate. He suffers from an undiagnosed form of dementia and may be unaware of his surroundings. Mr. Bolton said he was going to the bank, by way of BART transit, to the Stonestown Mall in San Francisco. He is 5'5", 130 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
