* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 60 mph. Isolated gusts to 70 mph at the most wind prone locations.
* WHERE...San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire, San Bernardino County Mountains, Riverside County Mountains, Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills and San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning.
* WHEN...From 6 PM Sunday to noon PST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Difficult driving conditions for high profile vehicles on I-15, I-10, I-215 and Highway 210 below the Cajon Pass.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The Santa Ana winds will be strongest Sunday night and Monday at the usual wind prone sites like Fremont Canyon in the Santa Ana Mountains, and near San Bernardino and Fontana in the foothills. Gusts to 70 mph are most likely in these areas. The winds will not be quite as strong Monday night into Tuesday morning.
