* WHAT...East winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 60 mph. Isolated gusts to 70 mph at the most wind prone locations.
* WHERE...San Diego County Mountains and Foothills.
* WHEN...From midnight Sunday night to noon PST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Difficult driving conditions for high profile vehicles on I-8 through the mountains, on Highway 78 from Ramona to Julian, and on Highway 94 from Jamul to Campo.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The Santa Ana winds will be strongest at the usual wind prone mountain sites like Sill Hill, Palomar Mountain and Big Black Mountain. Gusts to 70 mph are possible at these locations.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SAN DIEGO COUNTY MOUNTAINS
