Deputies arrested three suspects for robbery

SUSPECT(S): Luis Sanchez, age19 a resident of San Bernardino
Justice Hall, age 18 a resident of Highland
Rayshaun Perry, age 21 a resident of Highland
VICTIM(S): Tipsy's Liquor, Highland
SUMMARY: On December 30, 2019, at 11:03 pm, deputies from the Highland Police Department responded to the report of a robbery that had just occurred at Tipsy's Liquor in Highland. Upon arrival deputies were advised that witnesses had seen two masked suspects enter Tipsy's Liquor while a third suspect stood by the entrance. One of the suspects pointed a handgun at the store clerk while the other suspect went behind the counter, grabbed liquor and other items. The suspect with the handgun stole the cash from the cash register, and all three suspects fled in an unknown direction.
Deputies conducted an area check and located Luis Sanchez and Rayshaun Perry, who fit the description of the suspects, near Baseline and Elm Street in Highland. After further investigation, deputies identified Justice Hall as being involved. Hall was located inside an apartment in the 7400 block of Elm Street. Evidence was recovered which implicated Sanchez, Perry, and Hall as being involved in the robbery. Sanchez, Perry, and Hall were arrested and booked at Central Detention Center.
