Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit detectives are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Baltazar Garcia. He is a 60 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen at his residence on the 21500 block of S. Vermont Ave, Torrance on Wednesday December 25, 2019, at approximately, 3:00 a.m.
Mr. Garcia is 5’03” tall, 181 lbs, black straight hair, and brown eyes.
Baltazar Garcia has a reduced mental capacity and is diabetic. A possible destination for the missing person is 14015 S. Chadron Ave, in Hawthorne.
