INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Missing Persons Detectives are seeking the public's help in locating 79-year-old Ellen Carr, who was last seen on Wednesday, December 18, 2019.
Mrs. Carr is described as a white female, 5’1”, 140 lbs, dark brown hair and brown eyes. Family members have not seen or heard from her since 2 p.m., on 12.18.19. Mrs. Carr left the residence and was headed to the Walmart on E. 96
th St, but has not returned home.
