School resource deputy reminds you to document serial number of your kid's electronic gifts! 
At last week's Coffee with a Deputy, Deputy Telles shared great safety tips with our residents.
A familiar face on the Eastside High School campus, Deputy Telles reminded parents if they are giving their kids expensive electronics, phones, tablets or other gadgets for Christmas, that they ensure to document the serial number for the item(s). Kids will be sure to bring their expensive gifts to school and excited to start using them. If the item is ever lost or stolen, the serial number may be the only way to positively identify your child's item.
Using a little precaution and documenting the serial number of an electronic gift will allow you to feel extra secure on Christmas morning! Thanks for the great tips Deputy Telles!
