Vehicular Crimes Investigators Need Suspect Identified.

On Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at approximately 16:13 hours, 66-year-old Arturo F Galindo, was performing mechanical repairs on a vehicle at a mechanic shop located at 320 W. Canino Rd., in Houston, Harris County, Texas.

Galindo was underneath the vehicle, which was elevated by jack stands.

30-year-old Miguel Angel Garcia, was working on the same vehicle and was underneath the hood.

The suspect, only known as "TANK", was picking up a vehicle at the same shop.

For reasons unknown, the suspect backed up at a high rate of speed and struck the vehicle that the two men were working on.

The imapct caused the vehilce to fall of of the jack stands.

The vehicle landed on top of Galindo, and pinned Garcia's legs against another vehicle.

The suspect failed to stop and render aid to the complainants and fled the scene in a white 2001 Chevrolet Impala.

Galindo died of his injuries at the scene and Garcia was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.

The suspect is described as a black male who is known to go by the name of "TANK".
