Missing: Cesareo Cisneros, 79 year old Hispanic Male, 5’02”, 158lbs, Brown Eyes, Black Hair, Mustache that shows some greying

Cesareo is an endangered missing person. Cesareo was last seen on Tuesday, 12/17/19, at 3pm on Howland Ave. Cesareo believes he lives in Chicago and frequently walks long distances. He has been located before as far away as Greenfield, Caledonia, Burlington, and Franklin. He may be wearing a brown winter coat, black work boots, and a grey winter hat. Cesareo only speaks Spanish and is often confused about his name and where he lives.
