(12) During the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

This past 4th of July holiday there were several residents that discharged fireworks after 2 am. This can cause a distrubance to your neigbors that might be sleeping. Additionally, serveral residents discharge aerial (ones that shoot up into the air, including bottle rockets) fireworks in and around their homes. This posses a undo risk to homes and buildings nearby if the fireworks were to malfunciton, which could cause them to land on a roof and cause a fire. In order to prevent fires please use aerial fireworks on the ball field or out of town.

Please be safe and respectful when using fireworks. Public Safety will be enforcing the Fireworks Safety Rules. For the full rules on use of fireworks please see https://saintpaul.municipal.codes/CCO/5.10. Have a safe and fun new year.
