INCIDENT: POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FOR SALES
LOCATION: 11700 block of Wallflower Ct., in Adelanto
SUSPECT(S): Jamie Cipriano Perez, 42 Years-old, of Adelanto
SUMMARY:
On Saturday, December 14, 2019, at 6:15 pm, Deputy K. Nguyen responded to a residence in the 11700 block of Wallflower Court reference an ongoing criminal investigation. Deputy Nguyen contacted Jamie Perez at the front of the residence and he gave deputies consent to search his bedroom. A search of Perez's bedroom revealed digital scales, multiple small plastic baggies, drug paraphernalia and approximately 60 grams of suspected methamphetamine. Perez was taken into custody without incident at the location.
Perez was arrested for possession of methamphetamine with intent to sale and an outstanding warrant out of San Bernardino County. He is currently being held at High Desert Detention Center in lieu of 140,000.00 bail. Perez is a documented street gang member out of Los Angeles, California.
