The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Meigs County, Washington County, Jackson County, Athens County, and Vinton County. It will be in effect until 4:30 AM Tuesday 12/17/19. Do not drive on flooded roads. Be especially cautious at night, when it is harder to see if roads are flooded.
