* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Little if any ice and snow expected, but isolated icy spots possible with pockets of freezing rain. Some sleet mixing in late.

* WHERE...Cumberland, Lancaster, York, Adams and Franklin Counties.

* WHEN...Mixed precipitation will continue through 3 AM.

* IMPACTS...Untreated roads could be slippery.

* AFFECTED AREAS: FRANKLIN ... ADAMS ... LANCASTER ... YORK ... CUMBERLAND
