* WHERE...Portions of East Central Indiana and Central and West Central Ohio.
* WHEN...For the first advisory, until 7 AM EST this morning. For the second advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes through Tuesday morning.
