* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Monday. Snow will overspread the area between 9 PM and midnight tonight and it will continue overnight. Snow will change to sleet and freezing rain early Monday morning, before changing to rain for most areas Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute with snow covered and slippery roads as well as slippery sidewalks.
