* WHERE...In Maryland, extreme western Allegany County. In West Virginia, western Mineral County.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Monday. Snow will overspread the area between 9 PM and 11 PM late this evening and it will continue overnight. Snow will change to sleet and freezing rain Monday morning, and eventually freezing rain Monday afternoon into Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute with snow covered roads and sidewalks. Icy conditions are expected later Monday morning through Monday evening, and this may impact the evening commute.
