* WHERE...Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Southeastern Burlington Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM to 1 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...In Middlesex County, minor road flooding is possible in Woodbridge Township, Perth Amboy, Old Bridge Township, and South Amboy. In Monmouth County, minor roadway flooding is possible for coastal locations. Minor roadway flooding is possible on the barrier islands and along the back bays of Ocean County, and in tidal areas of southeastern Burlington County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy rain is possible, especially overnight tonight into very early Saturday morning, which could further exacerbate tidal flooding.

* AFFECTED AREAS: MIDDLESEX ... EASTERN MONMOUTH ... COASTAL OCEAN ... WESTERN MONMOUTH ... OCEAN ... SOUTHEASTERN BURLINGTON
