· Park in well-lit areas
· Never leave your car unoccupied and motor running
· Do not leave valuables on the seats of your cars. If necessary place items in the trunk or somewhere not visible
· When approaching or leaving your vehicle, be aware of your surroundings
· When leaving your home for an extended period of time, have a neighbor or family member
· Criminals sometimes pose as couriers delivering gifts, so be cautious when accepting a package.
· Never drink and drive
· Do not leave packages accessible on your front porch
· Don't display gifts where they can be seen from outside
· Teach children to go to security or store clerk if separated when shopping
· Enjoy the holidays!
