Tip-A-Cop Thursday at Chili’s
Las Cruces police, Codes Enforcement and Animal Control officers are participating in a statewide Tip-A-Cop fundraiser for Special Olympics Thursday evening at the local Chili’s restaurant.
The Tip-A-Cop fundraiser will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, at Chili’s, 426 N. Telshor Blvd. The statewide event will be held by law enforcement agencies at all Chili’s restaurants in New Mexico.
Officers and local Special Olympics athletes will be at Chili’s to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics New Mexico. Donations will be accepted, and Special Olympics T-shirts will be available for purchase. All proceeds will benefit Special Olympics New Mexico.
Tip-A-Cop is one of many events – including the Law Enforcement Torch Run – that local law enforcement agencies participate in throughout the year to benefit Special Olympics New Mexico.
