The Watervliet Arsenal will be replacing the traffic signal at the old main gate located on Broadway this morning (Broadway & Dalleba St). There will be lane closures while they are doing the work. Flaggers will be in position assisting with the flow of traffic. There may be delays in the area. Please take this into consideration during your commute today.
