NOTICE TO COMMUNITY 
The new section of Polovina Turnpike from Bartlett Boulevard to Cliffside street officially open today. This new section of road was funded by a grant from the Denali Commission for flood mitigation purposes. The new road will allow for planned development and expansion of the ballfield. Thank you to the Tribal Government of Saint Paul and the City of Saint Paul for working together to complete this project for the community.
Please note that the speed limit on this new section of road is 15 mph. This is due to the fact that it is near the school and within a school zone and with the area of the proposed St. Paul Island Community Park development. Also take not that there are a few new stop signs at Cliffside Street and Polovina Turnpike, King Street and Cliffside Street, and Bartlett Boulevard and Polovina Turnpike.
