Route 10 East closure and lane closure Route 10 West. 
Beginning sometime between 10:30 am and 11:00 am, all lanes on Route 10 east will be closed between Franklin Road and Mount Pleasant Turnpike due to ongoing emergency utility work. A detour will be in place. Expect delays and plan an alternate route if possible.
In addition, one west bound lane on Route 10 in this area will also be closed to traffic. Expect delays if traveling through the area. Please be mindful of the utility crews working in the area and slow down and move over for their safety.
At this time, it is not known how long these closures will have to remain in affect.
