Narrative:

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office – Moorpark Station is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing and at-risk elderly female, identified as Barbara Jean Ammann.  Ms. Ammann was last seen pumping gas in her vehicle at the Shell Gas Station, near the intersection of Campus Park Drive and Collins Drive in the City of Moorpark on Tuesday, December 3rd at around 12:50 pm.  Ms. Amman is described as a Caucasian female, 68 years old, approximately 5’7” tall, weighing 115 lbs., thin build, with short, grey hair and glasses. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue pants and a black rain coat.  Ms. Ammann was last seen driving a Red, 2002 Ford Focus station wagon with a California License Plate of 4XMK974.  Ms. Amman suffers from several age-related medical conditions that can occasionally cause confusion.  Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ms. Amman is asked to call the Ventura County Sheriff’s Dispatch Center at (805) 654-9511.
