Crimes Against Children Detectives investigated a cyber tip and arrested Shuquan Yang for Poss of Child Pornography

SUSPECT: Shuquan Yang, 56 years old, resident of Chino Hills
SUMMARY:
Investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Crimes Against Children Division (CAC), began an investigation into a cyber tip that was reported by an Electronic Service Provider (ESP). The cyber tip contained various images of child pornography. Through investigation, investigators determined the ESP account belonged to the suspect, Shuquan Yang.
On Tuesday, December 3, 2019, personnel from the Chino Hills Sheriff’s Station and Crimes Against Children Division, contacted Yang in the city of Chino Hills. At the end of an interview with Yang, he was arrested for possession of child pornography. Yang was subsequently booked into West Valley Detention Center and bail was set at $500,000.
