Yesterday, Paul Conrad Herz (73 year old white male), walked away from his care facility in Sonoma.  It was reported he was carrying a plastic bag with some papers in it.  This morning, Paul's daughter located the plastic bag, with Paul's belongings in it, on the doorstep of her residence in the Rincon Valley area of Santa Rosa.  Paul may have dropped his belongings off between the hours of 11:00PM last night and 7:30AM this morning.  There is a high probability Paul is in the Santa Rosa area.  The Sheriff's Office is continuing to ask the Community for their assistance in locating Paul.  If you see him, please call the Sheriff's Office at (707) 565-2121.  Thank you.
