Paul Conrad Herz is a walk away from the Sonoma Care & Rehab, located at 1250 Broadway, Sonoma. He was last seen around 3:30 PM near Roundtable Pizza in Sonoma. Herz is a 73 year old White male, 5'07", 165 pounds, with shoulder length white hair. Herz was described wearing a light blue button up long sleeve shirt, green rain jacket, and grey pajama bottoms. Herz was reportedly carrying a plastic bag containing papers. Mr Herz suffers from Dementia and Major Depressive Disorder.
