Outage Update 
At this time a significant number of North Warren homes are still without power and JCP&L is now estimating that the majority of residents will not have their electricity restored until 11:30 PM tomorrow night. As a result, Hardwick Town Hall will be open as a warming and charging center beginning at 8pm tonight for all residents. Please bring your own snacks, beverages and sleep gear. No pets please. Be mindful that trees, branches and wires are still coming down and roads are freezing over so exercise extreme caution when driving.
