Wilmington Police arrest man on drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On November 25 at approximately 9:50 p.m., members of the Safe Streets Task Force made contact with 21-year-old Artie Pratt in the 800 block of Kirkwood Street. Pratt was found to be in possession of 933 bags of heroin and 3.2 grams of marijuana. He was taken into custody without incident.
Pratt was charged with the following offenses:
- Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance
- Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Possession of Marijuana
