Based on projected weather forecasts, a CODE BLUE is declared effective in Burlington County from 10:00 AM Monday, December 2, 2019 through 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 3, 2019. Overnight Shelters will be operating from 7pm-7am. Warming Centers are available from 7am-7pm during a declared Code Blue. Call NJ 2-1-1 for more information. The location of the homeless individual and recommend the appropriate shelter site.
