* WHERE...Grapevine and San Joaquin Valley side of the Kern County Mountains.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Damaging wind gusts may blow down trees and power lines. Scattered power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, particularly for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be strong head winds for vehicles traveling southbound on Interstate 5 and strong tail winds for vehicles traveling northbound on Interstate 5.
