* WHAT...Heavy snowfall is expected, with accumulations of 4 to 8 inches.

* WHERE...Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 9 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on dangerous road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will transition to snow showers late this evening, then increase in intensity around or shortly after daybreak. Snow may be heavy at times Monday afternoon into early Monday evening, with near whiteout conditions possible as winds gust between 30 and 40 MPH.
