* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations of 8 to 12 inches and ice accumulations of up to two tenths of an inch. * WHERE...In New Jersey, Morris, Sussex and Warren counties. In Pennsylvania, Carbon and Monroe counties. * WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning or evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This will be a long duration storm with two main periods of winter weather. Conditions through the rest of the evening Sunday are expected to consist of a mix of snow, sleet, and ice, with snow/sleet accumulations generally 2 inches or less. Additional ice accumulations of 0.10 to 0.20 inches are possible through the evening. Lingering precipitation overnight will change over to all snow before daybreak Monday morning. Snow will last for several hours on Monday before dissipating into the evening hours. Additional snow accumulations of 8 to 12 inches are expected with localized higher amounts possible under heavier bands that develop. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
