Vehicle burglary suspect in custody / Highlands subdivision / looking for any add'l victims and video

BREAKING: We have a suspect in custody for burglary to vehicle in the Highlands subdivision (near Oak & Sycamore) on the Village's west side this morning.

We'll have more details later, but we're looking for any additional victims who may have had their vehicle burglarized or trespassed as well as anyone who has video from their doorbell cams or surveillance systems.
