* WHERE...Grapevine and San Joaquin Valley side of the Kern County Mountains.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Strong head wind for vehicles traveling southbound on I5 and tail wind for those going north.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FORT TEJON
