INCIDENT TYPE: Missing Person
INDIANAPOLIS - Willie Ealy (88 years old) was last seen on November 30, 2019 at his home located at 4308 E. 46th Street in Indianapolis Indiana. Mr. Ealy has been diagnosed with Dementia and is diabetic and in need of medication. He is 6'1 and approximately 170lbs with gray hair and brown eyes. He is driving a 2003 Gray Ford Crown Victoria, license plate number RZM780. No clothing description at this time.
