OWI 4th Arrest 
On 11-30-19 at 12:06 AM, a Janesville Police officer working OWI traffic enforcement stopped a vehicle for a moving violation at Center Av and W. VanBuren St. Upon contacting the driver identified as Bradley Burkett, he showed signs of intoxication. Burkett performed standard field sobriety tests which confirmed he was impaired. Burkett was arrested for 4th offense OWI after a Department of Transportation records check showed he has 3 priors. Burkett submitted to an evidentiary blood test with results pending. Burkett was held at the Rock Co. Jail until his initial appearance in court.
