OWI 4th Arrest 
On 11-29-19 at 11:20 PM Janesville Police stopped a vehicle driven by Brandon Stoddard for erratic driving near Mt. Zion and N. Fremont St. Upon contacting Stoddard, he showed signs of impairment. Stoddard refused to complete standard field sobriety tests and refused to submit to an evidentiary blood test. Officers had probable cause to obtain a search warrant for a legal blood draw and results are pending. A Department of Transportation records check showed Stoddard has 3 prior OWI convictions. He was arrested for OWI 4th offense and held at the Rock Co. Jail until his initial court appearance.
