Winter Storm Watch until 07:00AM Tuesday
...FIRST ACCUMULATING SNOW POSSIBLE OVER SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND EARLY NEXT WEEK... A low pressure system will strengthen Sunday through Monday as it travels up the East Coast, bringing snowfall across portions of New Hampshire and southern Maine. There remains uncertainty in the exact track and intensity of the system, and how far into southern New Hampshire onshore flow pushes above freezing temperatures Sunday night. However, cool temperatures in place at the surface further inland and in the upper levels lend greater confidence to a prolonged snowfall event Sunday night through Monday night. The system pulls away into the Canadian maritimes by the end of the day Tuesday.
