* WHERE...Eastern San Juan Mountains Above 10000 Feet, La Garita Mountains Above 10000 Feet and Upper Rio Grande Valley/Eastern San Juan Mountains Below 10000 Feet.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM MST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Strong winds could cause tree damage. The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
