at times tonight and Thursday.
* Where... portions of eastern Pennsylvania, most of New Jersey,
Delaware, and northeastern Maryland.
* When... until 6 PM EST Thursday.
* Impacts... gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.
* Additional details... there will likely be a lull in peak wind
gusts overnight, before picking up again around or after
sunrise.

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
