* WHERE...Cuyahoga and Lake Counties, especially closer to the Lake Erie shoreline.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected, especially closer to Lake Erie. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CUYAHOGA ... LAKE
