Janesville Police Department make arrest on Walmart incident

Robert M. Cicmansky 50 year old male formally of Rockton, IL turned himself in to the Janesville Police Department on November 26, 2019 and was arrested for one count of physical abuse of a child stemming from an incident that occurred at Walmart in Janesville on November 21, 2019. During that incident he allegedly slapped a 17 year old female worker on the buttocks. He is currently being held at the Rock County Jail pending his initial court appearance.
