* WHERE...In Indiana, Wayne County. In Ohio, Hardin, Mercer, Auglaize, Darke, Shelby, Logan and Miami Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM to 9 PM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: LOGAN ... HARDIN ... SHELBY ... WAYNE ... AUGLAIZE ... MIAMI ... MERCER ... DARKE
