Update #2 (Investigation – 2300 block of Washington Street)

Update: The 19-year-old victim who succumbed to his injuries has been identified as Rajion Dinkins.
 
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.

The 19-year-old victim has succumbed to his injuries.

Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 3:58 p.m. in the 2300 block of Washington Street.
 
 Police located two gunshot victims, a 19-year-old male who was transported to the hospital in critical condition and a 20-year-old male who was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
