The inaugural Type 1 Willpower Turkey Trot is scheduled for Thanksgiving morning (November 22) at 9:00 am.  The race will begin and end at the Mountain Lakes Club, looping around Mountain Lake and continuing on the Boulevard trolley path line to Briarcliff Road and up Larchdell Way.  See below for important information for those neighbors along the race route: 

1. Lake Drive between Boulevard and Larchdell Way will be closed entirely from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.

2. All other roads and intersections along the race route will be intermittently closed from approximately 8:30 am to 10:00 am.

3. Access in and out of the boundaries of the race route will be limited during these hours.

4. We ask all neighbors who live along the race route to please remove vehicles from the street in advance of the race. 
 
We recognize this may be a slight inconvenience on Thanksgiving morning.  We hope this advance notice will give you sufficient time to make alternate arrangements.
