central Illinois.
* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down tree limbs and power
lines. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles and on north to south
roads.
