Norton Shores Police release the name of the fatal hit & run crash victim. The identity of the hit &run driver is still unknown.

Reference: Fatal Hit & Run Crash Update
The investigating continues regarding a fatal hit and run crash that occurred on Seaway drive eastbound between Norton ave. and Seminole. The crash occurred at approximately 12:44 a.m. on November 24, 2019.
The victim Francis Houck, 53 yr. who resides in Muskegon Hts was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel. The victim was walking east bound on Seaway dr when struck by an unknown vehicle.
Vehicle parts were located near the victim, and investigators are working on identifying a make and model of the fleeing vehicle. The police department is seeking the identity of the driver of the fleeing vehicle and any potential witnesses to the crash.
