* WHERE...Lake Isabella, Tehachapi Area and Fort Tejon Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 PM Tuesday to 4 AM PST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Slick, snow-covered roads and potentially dangerous and treacherous driving conditions along with possible travel delays and road closures.
